About the Role

Executive Assistant Intern will work closely with the CEO and Assistant Director to support daily operations, communication flow, and program coordination. This hybrid role requires both on-site presence and remote work, and is ideal for a proactive, assertive, and organized college student seeking hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage and sync the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and email communications
Assist with scheduling, internal coordination, and task follow-ups
Communications & Outreach
Oversee and respond to communications on the organization’s work phone
Draft, edit, and send emails upon approval for programs and announcements
Communicate professionally with vendors and external partners

Program & Content Support
Support communication and logistics for: Summer Prep (July program), NSEF donor engagement, Coordination of special events, update website information and ensure accuracy, prepare email updates, announcements, and outreach materials.

Requirements

Qualifications

Required

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university or graduated with bachelors 

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

Preferred

  • Majoring in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field

  • Interest in nonprofit, education, or para-church ministry work

Experience with scheduling tools, email communication, or website updates (Wix, Microsoft 365, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Monday, Jotform)
