At New Song Education Foundation, we are committed to the highest standards of financial transparency and accountability. We recognize that every gift is an investment in our mission, and we steward each contribution with integrity and excellence.
 

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, NSEF upholds rigorous accountability standards, with all expenses reviewed by an independent CPA. We invite you to explore our most recent financial statements, which reflect our dedication to responsible financial management.

*Note: Payroll for New Song Education Foundation includes teachers and staff of New Song Academy Seattle, TDC, as well as NSEF staff and executives.  No board members of NSEF receive compensation or are included in payroll.

NSEF as 501c3 Federal Non Profit Organization

New Song Education Foundation (EIN #88-2256201) is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that operates financially independent of any other entities. We are not affiliated with any other organizations bearing the name "New Song," including New Song Church in Seattle or any other location in the United States.
 

New Song Education Foundation and its affiliates include:

  • New Song Academy Seattle

  • New Song Academy International (Accra, Ghana)
     

Additionally, we work in partnership with:

  • New Song Foundation in Suwon, Korea

  • New Song Foundation in Accra, Ghana

IRS Form 990 Update 

New Song Education Foundation (EIN# 88-2256201) is a nonprofit organization classified as a public charity under IRC Sections 509(a)(1) and 170(b)(1)(A)(i). Due to its recognition as a church, NSEF is not required to file IRS Form 990. However, in our commitment to transparency with our donors and those we serve, we have voluntarily chosen to publish our most recent audited 990 statement in March 2025, covering the fiscal year that concluded on December 31, 2024. 

NSEF Donor Privacy Policy

NSEF is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our donors and the personal information they share with us—whether through online, mail, in-person, or other donation transactions. We deeply value our donors' trust and will never trade, share, or sell personal donor information to external organizations unless explicitly directed by the donor.
